"So now we're ready to transition out of down dog back into uttanasana, our forward fold. Hopefully you've done a bunch of really fun reps of your one legged plank pose. As you get back to down dog and you get ready to transition, you're going to look between the thumbs and you're going to bend the knees slightly, inhale, use the belly and place the feet right between the hands back in uttanasana. One more time. That was from down dog. Look between the thumbs. Inhale, use the belly, place those feet. The thing we really want to avoid is this. We don't want to do that. It's not very attractive. It's not fun to have your yoga practice sound like a herd of elephants. So see if you can take that weight onto your arms. Press down strongly through the floor. Yield that weight. Use that resistance. Lift up in your belly. Use that uttanasana. You know like I was saying before how it's important to integrate? Core integration, your back muscles, everything. Everything needs to work together. Use the belly to pick those feet up and just hop them forward to the hands."
