"The next flow we will be connecting utkatasana chair with utanasana forward bend. Just to help again, build and create some heat in your body. So on the inhale bending the knees back into a low variation, weight just back towards your heels, extend out through the fingers, exhale straighten the legs long coming into a forward bend. Inhale, bend your knees, draw the arms up overhead, keep the chest open, exhale, diving forward. Inhaling, bend your knees, sweep the arms up, exhale, diving forward, forward bend, Inhale, draw the arms up, exhale release forward, and then this time as you inhale draw the arms up, exhale, release the hands, straighten up legs."
