"So the next section of poses is the Vinyasa part that is a series of four poses linked together. As you inhale, sweeping the arms in and up, exhale releasing forward, inhale extend your spine as you exhale stepping back into a plank position lower through a chataronga. Inhale into an upward facing dog and exhale back to a downward facing dog. You can inhale gaze forward, exhale take your feet forward utanasana, inhale draw the arms around and up, exhale tadasana."
