"This is Fran Dukehart. So, we are looking to find stability on the ball by rolling forward as we have done before, and then walking forward on the hands. Lengthening the legs, using the abdominals to lift in and up, back of the neck long, pressing in to the mat, rolling out, we could also use a device like the bench. We can use the edge of the bench, place your toes wide spread, abdominals in, lifting the heart, opening the shoulders, softening your gaze, hearing your breath, always remembering to engage the core.
