"So here's a side view to show you the alignment here. Taking the hands to the hips, bring your shins down. Anchor the shins and the tops of the feet down. You can hear. Go ahead and spread the toes and use the string from the feet to help you in this pose. That's the foundation of your posture. Foundation must be strong and firmly grounded into the earth. Now, using the blocks, here's a good view where you can see using the blocks, alright, rolling your shoulders back, bring the hands to the blocks for stability, lifting the chest. There's a slight tilting of the pelvis, back, taking the head back. In the classical posture, no blocks are use, but this variation of the posture is not accessible for everyone. I'll show you this, but this would be followed by other ways of taking the pose, experiencing it where that you might find more comfort, more ease and more openness. Here you roll back, draw the tail bone in to the body, as you draw the thighs in, lifting the chest, bringing the hands to the heels, creating as much openness like the chest of the camel, bringing the head back."
