"So what happens often times is it?s hard to visualize when you are in space. Where is my body going? How do i re-create this? So by using the wall, it?s another way of giving you sense where you are and where you're moving away from. So here again we'll use the wall and we'll go back to using the strap, so taking the strap, stepping the feet into the strap, and bringing the strap to that same place, across the thighs, across the hamstrings. Now you need to bring your sticky mat as close to the base board as you can. Then bring your body as close to the wall as you can. Again, tops of the feet down, spreading your toes. Now here you don't know, if you're tilting the pelvis like this, the whole body and your buttocks will move away from the wall. We want the opposite action to occur tilting back, lengthening from the knees, the thighs and the groins upward, so from the bottom down, lengthening up. Here it?s helpful to bring the hands to your hips, rolling back, and lifting chest. So here you are parallel to the wall, spreading the collar bones, and here again bringing the tail bone deeply into the body. Now come back, away from the wall, and just bring the thigh slightly away, so you're at a slight angle. Elbows in close, and to come up, come back to the security of the wall."
