"So now let's warm up using the bolster laying on the floor to warm up, continue warming up the shoulders. In here I'm also going to give you some more information, some more instructions what happens- in the pelvis, in the thighs, and in the groins. You'll need a bolster or two, three firmly rolled quilts for this posture. So I'm going to show you how to put the strap on to take this posture. This is a back bending posture as well. Take the strap across the center of the thighs and across the belly of the hamstrings. Tie the strap so its snug. Bring the feet to the wall, your feet are slightly apart. Now here going back, roll the shoulders back, and bring the arms to your bolster. So earlier you were learning how to do this by coming up in another posture from the floor. Here, you'll be working from the floor up, tasing the body up. Now begin, by tilting the pelvis back, bringing the tail bone towards the heels. So notice, I've tilted it back. Make sure that the thighs are so rolling in. The strap will help you with this action. Then you straighten the leg as you come on back. Bolster will be across the center of the ribs. Take in arms up and over and press into the feet, your legs, use the feet to press into the wall, bringing your head back as you bring the arms back, getting a delightful stretch through the front of the body, the heart, the chest, and the front of the neck. To come out of the pose, bring your arms forward, bend the legs then come on out."
