"So to continue on, now you need to take your sticky mat to bare wall. And then take one blanket and fold it in half. From the shape it was on, so it's about here and bring it to the back of the wall. You may need blocks, have the blocks handy. So here this is another front thigh stretch. Bring your hands to the floor, your left foot, sole of the foot to sticky mat. And here you need to lift the knee bring the leg all the way to the wall. Now for some of you, this may be feel a little bit too much in the beginning, you can always bring the knee slightly away from the wall. Keep in mind that the top of the foot is against the wall and the toes are up. So here's where we begin earlier, do you remember when we're stretching the top of the foot, so spread your toes, really get a good stretch there. Now let's go back to the previous pose we just did. Squaring the hips, alright, now, bringing your hands to the wall, lifting the chest, lifting the sides of the ribs and bringing your body close to the wall. And here you can step the foot in also. A big stretch is coming here. To get less of a stretch, step the foot forward and bring your body away from the wall. So you will be doing both sides, you need to bring the hands to the floor, turn over the leg to the side and change sides. Bring your right foot forward in between the hands, walk the knee back and bring it on to the blanket. Give yourself sometime to do this. Now we're taking the top of the foot again to the wall and coming up. Remember top of the foot presses in, spread your toes, bring your hands to the wall, lift up. You may also want to lift the arms up as we did in the last posture. Stretch out. So this is the big stretch, keep in mind that's where we're going for here."
