"So the next pose we're going to move on to is the pose called Virasana or Hero's Pose. And I'm going to show your different ways, a couple different ways to come into the pose. With this posture you will simply just need one of your blankets, place it on your sticky mat. Okay. Now I'll show you how to come in to this pose. For those of you that are not familiar, just take the block and place it in the back of your blanket. Okay. You're going to bring your hands down unto the floor, bring the shins on to the blanket, the tops of the feet are off. And then you sit on the block. Okay. This pose called Virasana, Hero's Pose is a sitting posture. You want to sit up tall, roll the shoulders back. The next thing we're going to do is to warm up the shoulders and the arms. So this is the good way to show you how to roll the arms out and bring the arms behind you. Lift the chest. So in this posture you want the sides of the ribs to lift and you want the shoulders to roll back. So take your strap, take it behind you, and hold the strap so its tight, same way, roll the shoulder back, lift the ribs up, hold the head back and stretching the arms out behind you, lifting the strap up behind you. Remember keep in mind that this whole time you're rolling the arms up towards the ceiling, arms are back."
