"So another great stretch for the shoulder girdle area which helps release tightness from the back of the shoulders is to come into the stretch with your heels your hips coming back to your heels arms extending forward and then drawing one arm under the other with the palm facing up. You can take your shoulder to the floor turn your face and extend up through both arms longly so you want to feel your shoulder blade is drawing down the back and there is a nice stretch where your arm bone comes into the shoulder socket. You can press your hand into the floor to lift yourself back up and switch sides drawing the palm and face towards the ceiling your hips can sit back arms extend away from the body. Feel the breath going up in the back of the body and then pressing your hands to the floor lifting back up onto all fours."
