"So the next pose is a supported child’s pose which is balasana and this is a great way to clam yourself and to tune into your breathing which can help calm your nervous system and reduce stress and tension. So you can separate your knees at least a mat distance wide and take the big toes to touch and then begin to ease yourself forward. You can take a pillow underneath your torso you can also use a blanket or more than one prop if you feel there is a lot of tightness in your hips. As you extend forward so this is a xxxxx pose you want it to be comfortable. You can take your forehead down to the blanket turn your head to one side resting your arms back and then slowly when you are ready to come up press your hands down and ease your way up so you can hold that for about ten minutes or so to help ease stress from your body."
