Video Transcript

"So the next series is a Bali-Seal which is a movement on the breast that helps to release tension from the shoulders and also the back of the body. So you can start with your hips on your heels and then draw your forehead to the floor palms facing up. As you inhale you can stand on your shins draw the fingertips towards the ceiling relax the shoulders down breathe into the whole torso. Try to release any tension that is holding on and then as you exhale coming back leading with the tail end towards the heels draw your forehead to the floor. As you inhale lifting up extending energy and releasing tightness and tension inhale deeply then exhale hips back to the heels and again just doing it a few times under your breath you can even close your eyes tune in to your breath and then end sitting back on your heels."
