Video Transcript

"And then for the final restorative lower back supported pose, you are going to slowly release your torso to the floor, press your feet into the floor, lift your hips up. Take either a block or a blanket – you can also use books – to support underneath your sacrum and your lower back area so that the lower back is lengthened. And again there is a little bit of toning in your abdominals but there is a broadening in your sacrum. You can release your palms to face up, your chest open. Make sure your neck is long. You can just close your eyes and hold this pose, trying to release any tension that's in the lower back. "
