Video Transcript

"So the next exercise is a hip opener that's going to help create openness in the lower back by stretching the outer hip flexors and again stabilized with the abdominals. So you can take the right foot up, cross it over the left thigh and then draw up the knees towards you taking your hands around your shin or around your thigh. Try to press your right knee away from you as you draw the legs in towards you. And feel that your chest stays nice and open and there's a release in your outer hip on the right side. And you can exhale, release down, and switch to do the left."
