Video Transcript

"So the next pose is Cobra Pose. You are going to set up with the hands alongside the chest. Try to lift the tops of the arm bones around and draw the shoulders down your back and extend your lower back by drawing your abdominals away from the floor, having your feet lengthened straight back behind you. Tone your quadriceps a little bit, lift your knees up off the floor. And then pressing your hands down, you can just gently arch your heart center forward and up, keeping the neck long just going as far as feels comfortable for you to lengthen and strengthen your lower back. That's good, releasing now."
