This is Suzanne and she is going to demonstrate our dead lifts today and she has two 8 pound dumbbells in her hand. You can use five 3’s, whichever one depending on the condition of your lower back. She’s going to bend all the way down and she is going to come all the way up blowing oxygen in and blowing oxygen out. Very good! Now she wants to close her legs so she can do the same thing but her legs are closed and causing her to squeeze her glute muscles. Very good! Now also her hamstrings are getting a pull in the back but everything is working right now. This is beautiful. Okay, she wants to stop here. Very good Suzanne; now come on down sweetheart. You want to go ahead on your hamstring bench. Okay, complimenting the deadlift. This is hamstrings; all the way up. Very good! Full range of motion all the way down, all the way up. Beautiful!
