"Welcome! I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis on behalf of Expert Village. I would like to talk to you about chest pressing. This is Suzanne and she is going to demonstrate 3 different chest presses you can do for your workout using your chest. Okay the first thing you want to do is your flies; that allows the chest to open and expand, get it right under the delts all the way up in the chest and I call them oak trees and the gym term they are called flies. Okay now that is the fly right there. I want someone to show you 3 different types of bench presses. Stay with me on this. Okay, stay there. This is going to be the flap; both hands are straight, you go straight down and straight up. These all 3 are very important. Now you can mix these up with dumbbell, barbell, dumbbell, and barbell. Okay? These are very important. Okay, that is flap. "
