"Welcome! I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis. I would like to talk to you about crunches now. Okay, this is Suzanne. We are going to demonstrate a few crunches you can do during your workout. Okay. Number 1 we are going to use this 10 pound medicine ball. You’ve probably seen this ball around. We are going to tighten it up in those legs. She is going to go up and down, hand behind her head moving up and down. One breathing, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Beautiful. Okay now, we are going to let that ball down, just drop that ball down right there; don’t worry about that ball. Okay, now she is going to come up on her elbows. Still tightening up the core. The legs are going to be going straight up and down like this controlling the core, right in those abs. Beautiful! As you can see Suzanne has wonderful abs. Very good, keep going all the way up and all the way down. Number 3 she is going to lay down flat, both legs are up in the air and she is going to start just start crunching up and down, breathing oxygen in and oxygen out, oxygen in and oxygen out, oxygen in and oxygen. Very good Suzanne. Very good. Now come all the way up. Very good Suzanne. I want to thank you for that. Thank you for joining us here on Expert Village. I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis and if you need to contact me, (818) 437-6296. Thank you."
