"Welcome! I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis. I would like to talk to you about this ball right here. This ball can be used for your abs as well as your core. It is a very interesting ball. You seen this ball everywhere but today Suzanne is going to show you some things you can do on this ball for your abs and for your core. She is going to demonstrate number1 all the way up, leaning all the way back, 1. Very good! All the way up 2, right in that gut; that’s where’s she’s going to work on that gut, breathing as she is going up and down. It is very important to breathe oxygen in and oxygen out. Now she is going to tilt a little bit to the left and a little bit to the right alternating 1, beautiful, all the way up 2, beautiful and 3, good job and 4, one more and 5, beautiful Suzanne. Go ahead and have a seat on that ball Suzanne. Now this ball can be used for a lot of different things. I recommend this thing for everything you want to do with this ball but the core of this while you are doing your workout is for your abdominal workout. Now I want to thank you for joining me here on Expert Village. I’m Dennis Higgins. If you need to get a hold of me, Fitness by Dennis at (818) 437-6296. Thank you."
