"Welcome! I’m Dennis Higgins for Fitness by Dennis. Now I would like to talk to you about pushups regarding your workout. Number 1, this is Suzanne right here. She is going to demonstrate the ladies pushups. Okay, right on your knees Suzanne. She is going to have both hands out in front, legs across the back, all the pressure is going down. Just a couple of reps to show the viewers what they are looking at; 3, 4; very good. Shoulders all the way down. Beautiful Suzanne. That will do it. We just want to give them an idea what we are doing here. Okay. The men pushups are similar the same way but it is a little bit manlier of course. Straight down, push up, straight down, push up. Okay now. Number 3 just lock them in here, a little karate move right here. Straight down one, push and 2. These are pushups you can do on your workout while in between sets.
