"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now when it comes to getting faster and sprinting, there is so many different techniques and it comes back down to knowing your own body. You have coaches, teachers how to get down in a stance or maybe get in the little shoes or whatever; it is that is going to have you do the sprinting event that you are doing. It comes down to knowing yourself and being able to kind of push yourself and get in the right form, right technique. You would usually get down and put yourself in a certain position to where you kind of shoot forward, and it just comes from a lot of professionals; you got to watch the Olympics, when it comes from a lot of training and a lot of practice. It is not something that you kind of pick up and you have right away. It is something that you got to train for and there is a certain technique. The best way to kind of do that is just go to the coaches, or if you go to a track meet or something like that. Now I could show you, but what works for me might not necessarily work for you, so you need to get hands on personal training from professional. Learn how to get faster and you sprints. Now I find that when it comes to sprinting itself, my technique I kind of like to get down you'll start off low, and I will come off in my first 10-15 steps, I will still be low, but then you want to get up as quick as possible, and then you want to widen your footing. When you start off your feet will kind of be close together when you start running. But then, eventually, after 10-15 steps, you will lengthen your strides and you get them as wide as possible, cause the less steps you take, the quicker your will get finish. That is usually the best thing to do when it comes to sprinting. "
