"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now when it comes to running, form and posture those two things play a big role in running itself. You will see a lot of people and they just kind of get all sloppy and lazy and whatnot. When you do that, it kind of makes things a lot harder and a lot more difficult. Now when it comes to long distance, I find that the less energy that you actually absorb in your arms, if you kind of leave them limp and kind of loose, the more energy you have for later on and for longer distances. If you talk to people who are professional, you will see the same thing. They just kind of let there arms loose. When it comes to sprinting, you kind of need to pump the arms because it kind of helps project your body forward and gives that extra speed that you are going to need during that short distance. But long distance, the less energy you spend up top, the more energy you have down below and to put in other places. "
