"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now you'll always got to know your body and know your limits. Same thing when it comes to running, you don't want to push yourself too far. I have seen people in the army, not physically but, you got the stories that go out there, like every time drill sergeant comes to sometimes during the summer. It will happen at least once or twice, but 2-3 soldiers just caked over and died cause they tried to push themselves too hard. They may not drink enough water, or just something about not knowing thereselves. They thought could drill a little bit further then what they should have done. You just got to know your body, know yourself: you don't want to push to the extreme unless you can push to the extreme. If you are only used to going so far, by all means only go that far. If anything, there is always tomorrow. So you just kind of build yourself back up to it, don't kill yourself too bad because you are going to be running tomorrow. The more things that you do today is the more effects you are going to be feeling tomorrow. "
