"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now a lot of people want to know how to make there a lot better. If find of endurance the best thing to do is play a game. When I was in the military, we use to run in a big pack of people. You would be running side by side down the road and they start singing cadences. And I would be one of the road guards and I was in the A group, the fastest group there was and while you are running, out in the middle of nowhere, the drill sergeant will say change or switch. Like change, switch, change, change, switch. When he would say that, because we’re in these certain type of positions, we would actually have to run from one spot to another; but while we where doing this the group is still running. So eventually we’re pretty much running circles around this group that is already running. By doing certain types things, play a little game or kind of talk to your friend or chat it up, kind of take your mind off of the running itself, it builds up great endurance. Cause if you can sit there and you can speak while you run at a really good pace, imagine what you can do when you’re not speaking and you’re actually pushing yourself even further. It just helps a lot, just to take your mind off of things; cause, before you know it, after all of these running things that you’ve done, your endurance just keeps getting bigger and bigger, and longer and longer. And then you got a whole arsenal of endurance; you just keep using it like there’s no tomorrow. "
