"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now when it comes to proper breathing, a lot of people have a certain technique, but this is something you can develop when you start running. You kind of—a lot of women have Lamaze class before they have their kids, you know a wife, mother, whatever you want to call it, this is breathe in 123, breathe out 123. You count to yourself until you'll get used to it a little—123 breathe in, 123 breathe out. It goes. It is kind of breathing in, you just kind of get use to that. You will develop your own pace. You keep that count in your head. 123 and while you are counting 123 breathing, 123 and breathing out. Now a lot of people, because they are bigger, they got bigger hearts, their count may be a little bit longer, to be a four count, to be a five count; it can be a even a shorter count. It is whatever you feel most comfortable with. Once you get use to doing that count, it kind of slips away and your body just slips into a zone. You don't even have to think about the count anymore: it is just kind of natural. You can focus on other things, such as when I want to sprint, do I want to sprint here, do I want to sprint there, or I'm I tired, checking this scenery, just let yourself open. "
