"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. I use to be in the military too, and the military definitely emphasizes on stretching. You will find in a lot of stretching technique that I use, they also use. The only difference is they use a counting motion; they will go 123123, and they do that count until they get to a certain number, which is 10, and then they switch it up. Pretty much they will do the same stretches, arms spread apart, grab your legs, cause stretching is very, very important, no matter what you do. It could be sports, military, every day life: you always want to stretch to keep yourself from hurting yourself doing even basic things. When you are lifting a package you might want to do a few things. Try to keep your self from getting hurt when you bend over. It is about stretching and technique; you got to be safe. "
