"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now you will find with a lot of these stretches you may not feel stable; it takes a lot of getting used to. It is just practice. If you don't feel like you are getting the stretch, just go ahead and maybe try it a little bit and just move on to the next one, and you don't want to hurt yourself trying something that you are not used to. Just give a little practice; if you can't do it, ask someone who actually knows how to do the stretch and they actually help you. They help you; they get behind you and keep you stable until you get used to it, so you don't get hurt. The last one that I like to do standing up is, once again, the quad stretch. Put one arm out to the side and stretch, switch it up, one arm out to the side and stretch. You will often find sometimes people like to also do a little overhand stretch to the right and to the left, to kind of stretch out their sides. It kind of keeps from cramping up and maybe pulling something. I think that is optional cause you really don't work out your upper body too too much: it is mainly your lower body that you got to worry about. One last stretch you will see them do like in the military, they put both arms behind their back when you are walking, and lean forward like this. Kind of stretch out their shoulders a little bit. "
