"I'm Christopher Howell I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now when it comes to standing stretches, I go ahead and spread my legs like this, and I will lean down with the right leg just hold this stretch for 10-15 seconds. You put your head downwards. Come on up, go to the left leg for about 10-15 seconds, and once again down the middle for about 10-15 seconds. Then we go and stretch the groin area once again. I'm going to lean down for about 10-15 seconds, and then to the other side 10-15 seconds. To get that nice and stretched out. Now go ahead and lounge forward, go ahead and stretch all the quads once more for 10-15 seconds. Switch your feet up and go down again. Then you go down once more 10-15 seconds. You just kind of lean down there, you just kind of stretch all that out. Right there. Come back up nice and easy. Lean on down, stretch all these right here. Nice and easy. "
