"Hi I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. From there I like to go to the hurdle stretch. I put on leg back, keep the leg forward, and I just kind of lean back a little bit. You just don't want to go back to far cause you don't want to again pull your quad. Just to be nice and safe, nice and slow for about 10-15 seconds. You want to switch up again. Put your left leg back, right leg forward and just lean back. Slowly stretch that. After your hurdler stretch, one last stretch I like to do sitting down is for your lower back. Go ahead and cross over. Put your elbow right here and you want to twist. Nice and easy, nice and slow for about 1-15 seconds. Then you switch it up again nice and easy, stretch for about the 10-15 seconds. Then you could always throw in the butterfly and get that groan area. A lot of people like to stretch that area to keep you from pulling your groin. It gives you longer strides, whatever else you may want to do. "
