"Hi! I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now one of the things I like to do when I actually start running I like to wear sunglasses sometimes. When you wear sunglasses it kind of change your perception, it changes your view on things. If you wear a lighter sunglasses, darker sunglasses, shaded sunglasses, it is kind of like watching a movie: once you are in the zone you'll start starring out of space and looking at different objects. It gives you whole different view on things and it kind of switches up scenery for you. So if you start running around and you are doing the same thing constantly over and over, running from house to house, and you are kind of getting used to the setting, go ahead and try something different. Maybe put on a different pair of sunglasses just to kind of change the way that you see things. I have tried different color sunglasses, you know you put yellow sunglasses on things get a lot brighter. It is best to put on yellow sunglasses in the evening, if you are going to wear them, to keep you from messing up your sight, because it kind of enhances your sight and visuals. Now if it is really bright outside I tend to start/stick to the dark colors such as blue, brown and black. It kind of makes things smooth and soft and it kind of takes away the heat. It actually tricks yourself into thinking that you are actually cooling your own body down so you can run longer. You really don't notice a whole lot of things such as you start sweating more, and you really don't notice that because it is just a cooler environment all of around in general. "
