"Hi! I'm Christopher Howell, and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Okay now when it comes to proper dress attire, I always thought is was the best to have a shirt that is fitting but then a little bit loose to kind of keep the air flow going. Some nice shorts, a little bit high you know to kind of keep you relaxed and everything; and maybe some tight fitting garments underneath to kind of keep you having great support, cause you don't want any accidents going while you start running; and then some nice shoes. A lot of people like to wear old shoes that they are familiar with. A lot of people decide that are going to start running, and they go out and buy brand new shoes. Well once you get brand new shoes, you don't want to just put them on and begin running. A lot of times when you start doing things like that you will get so many blisters cause you got to break them in first. So the best thing to do is go ahead and take those brand new shoes and put them on. Maybe go walk a few miles, do it a few different days at a time, get familiar with those shoes and break them in. Once you are used to them, put them on and begin running like they are just your regular running shoes. "
