"Hi! I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. I also find that it is best to actually run on an empty stomach. To wake up early in the morning right before you go do anything take a few sips of water, put on running clothes and just get on out there and start running. You may be half awake, half asleep, you know which ever way you want to look at it but, on a empty stomach it is always best. Because you get out there all you got to think about is burning fat, burning calories. Your stomach may hurt a little bit because you are a little bit hungry, but it will just be fine. You'll just get over it and your body just seems to relax more. Opposed to when you actually eat something and you just run shortly afterwards; it could cause for a horrible stomach pains, cramps, the food might actually start to come back up, and that is just a feeling you don't want to have, and you'll just get really tired. You just want to sit down and take a break, and then before you know hours have passed by, you are too lazy and the day has already gone and you just wasted a whole day. Once it is easier to go on a empty stomach, go ahead and get over with, come back home and then have a nice light breakfast and begin your day. Now when it comes to things food you should eat, I recommend eating a lot of carbohydrates like spaghetti, maybe some type of pizza, just things that kind of builds you up. Not too fattening, but things that is just going to give a little bit of energy for the next day. The pasta is a really a good thing. If you ever here about sports and wrestling and stuff like that, they will tell you the exact same thing. You just want to get those carbohydrates up so you have the energy to do the things that you want to do. "
