"I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Running in general has been a real passion for me, because throughout life you get all kinds of stresses in your life, and it seems once you get out there and you start doing it, you just kind of pay attention at the scenery. It helps you get away from everything. All the stress seems to disappear and you just kind of relax and all your worries goes away. Then you just kind of put your thing on cruise control. You maybe see type of nature, like maybe a squirrel running around, or just someone walking there baby in a carriage, and then all your worries just go away and then you just keep going and going and going. You start pushing yourself harder and harder, and before you know it you are getting better and better. Then it also works out for me because it helps me stay in great shape. It takes off the extra weight that I don't want. It gives me extra energy throughout the day. Most times if I don't run and I kind of slip off and stop running for a quite a bit, it seems during college, or everything that I do maybe in life as going to work or whatever, my energy just tends to go away and then I don't have energy for certain things. But, when I keep my running and my stress level stays down, I have energy to complete things throughout the day and life seems so much better. "
