"Okay. Danielle, you're going to come up sitting and you're going to reach both arms straight forward, and we're going to talk about shoulder stability. You're going to inhale, squeeze the shoulder blades together, and exhale release. Inhale, squeeze them together, protraction, exhale, and release. Inhale and exhale release to a neutral. That neutral is where we want to be. Not here. We don't want to be squeezed when we do the exercises. Exhale and release. Now, you're going to inhale and reach the arms straight forward widening the back, and exhale release to a neutral position. One more time, inhale, reach forward, exhale, and release. Now we're going to do some shoulder circles. 1, 2, and 3. You're going to have the arms in an angle. Inhale, reach the shoulders up to the ears, exhale, and slide them down on your back. Very good. Inhale up and exhale down. This is the position where you want to be. Very good. Now you're going to lie down back on your back. Scoot down a little bit. Reach the arms to the ceiling, inhale, and exhale. You're going to send the arms up over head. Arch just a tiny bit. You don't want an arch here. You actually want to keep the ribs connected as you reach the arms up. Inhale up and exhale. Send them up overhead and hold the connection with your abdominals. One more time. Inhale and exhale up overhead. Now, inhale up to the ceiling and exhale down. Very good. These are a couple of the basic principles we're going to follow through the exercises. Thank you."
