"This is called chair. It is great for a lot of exercises. Different than reformer and Cadillac. This piece of equipment uses different kinds of exercises. We can detach these handles and we can do a lot of exercises with no handles. Then we can have a lot of exercises for arms that we use the handles. A lot abdominal exercises we can use. It's great for pregnant women because they sit up right, so they don't have to lay down. It's also great for people who have ankle injuries and it's just awesome. This piece of equipment is called ladder barrel. We practice a variety of exercises on it. Face up, face down. It's great for preparation of other exercises that we're going to go and do on a reformer and the other pieces of equipment. It's great for pregnant women as well, and it's very good for people that are more advanced in age because we can modify so it's very beneficial for them."
