"A very important part of any weight management program is switching from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active lifestyle, we're talking about burning calories. We absolutely have to burn more calories than we consume. Now we do live in a fast pace society today. People are busy, we're all busy, most of us find it very difficult to set aside time to go into the gym or to go take a jog or that sort of a form of type of exercise. So the idea is to somehow or the other, be more creative about what we do in the course of our days and incorporate some other activities as a part of our day to be able to specifically burn more calories. At this point I would like to go into a program of exercises I designed to accommodate my own busy schedule to be able to accomplish the task of burning more calories. This program of exercise emphasizes major muscle groups as oppose to smaller muscle groups for the simple reason that major muscle groups consume more calories so you end up burning more calories which is the objective. So what I'd like to do know is a demo of these exercises, it begins with the beginning in the morning when you wake up. "
