"Okay, my career begun as a body builder, competitive body builder in the Caribbean. Of course I've competed in Pan American games and a couple of other federations and later became a fitness coach. I've been a fitness coach for over 20 years, I've coached a few celebrities and helped them to scope the kind of body they wanted to project on the screen. Coming on forward to today, fast forward to today, I am now what's considered to be a health and fitness coach. Coaching is a buzz word today, it's a refinement of what used to be fitness training. Fitness training creates dependents on a fitness trainer. Health and fitness coaching is a sort of empowerment of an individual to take the reins. We all need a coach, it doesn't matter what you do or what your expertise is, everybody has a coach. Coaching is the means of enabling us to bring out our full attention with the help of someone who has some insight and who can assist us and who can see us better than we can see ourselves hence health and fitness coaching."
