"Squat jumps are excellent, you're going to workout your abs, you're going to workout your obliques, hams, calves, everything. Act like you're sitting on a chair and you just power up straight into a jump come back down into a squat, give me one more after that, there you go. Get down as low as you can and jump up as high as you can, reach your hands up and you're also working your shoulders you want to have your shoulders working. When you're jumping you're getting your heart rate up once again you're working your calves, you're extending your calves, you're working your hamstrings, and your quads. After this exercises we'll do some lunges, we'll do some push ups, just make sure you're doing something in between your exercises and that's how you're going to be the great athlete."
