"This exercise is for the jump squatters, it's a different type of jump squat. We're going to jump on the bench, come back down into a squat. What this works everything from the waist down, abdominal down, you're contracting everything as you're going down. As you come up that's where you power up to jump onto the bench to land to come back down into a squat. It's harder because you're coming up your landing here and you jump back down, so go ahead and do a demonstration, jump up, jump on the bench, come back down squat, one more. Hold the squats down for 30-40 seconds it will add more tension to your legs, it will give you a quicker burn out if that's what we're looking to do. "
