"This exercise right here is great for speed jumping to get your jumps at a higher level. What you're going to do is pick an object depending on how high you can jump not your height but how high you can jump. You're going to jump and test it if you can jump up three times and touch it 2 hands is good. You're going to jump and touch it for a minute straight. Get it 2 hands, keep going don't stop you're going to get dizzy, you're going to start moving, he's getting tired, everybody will do this, give me 5 more. I usually use to work with Vince Carter when I use to live in Jersey and we all, you can see what he did, he jumped over somebody in Olympics, again try the exercise, do it for a minute straight take a 30 second break, one more minute."
