"Jump rope is good to get, you learn how to jump higher, jump faster, you'll become a faster person. Go ahead and speed up real fast, your arms will be getting tired. You're working your shoulders, your calves, hamstrings and quads all in one. Normally what I do is I have a person jump for 3 minutes straight, take a one minute active rest so in between I'll be having him do some push ups. For one minute and after the one minute of push ups and get back up another 3 minutes of straight jump rope, like I said jump rope will make you faster. So if you play football, basketball, softball, soccer, tennis any of the active sports, jump rope is a great sport, a great exercise to do cause it will make you jump higher, it's going to make you faster, a better coordinator. If you're trying to lose weight, you're trying to tone up, that's the best way to lose weight and tone."
