"We're going to do jump lunges. You're taking your regular lunge and turn it to a jump. First of all I'm going to show you how to do a lunge. Go ahead and stand forward, step out with your right foot, bend your back leg, take the back leg to the ground, put your hands on your hips, keep your back straight, keep your knee at a 90 degree angle, take a big step out. Remember to take big steps back to the ground knee at a 90 degree angle go ahead and jump up, use your arm switch, land in a lunge, one more time. You're going to use your arms to power up into jump a lot of your power is coming from your legs, you're using your arms for momentum, calves, hamstrings, quads, your butt, abs all from the lower down. Once again don't forget to use your arms as your momentum."
