Video Transcript

"Go ahead and start off with a regular jumping jack, what it's going to do is help with the heart rate. Speed up, have him speed up a little more with the jumping jacks. Now turn to the left, turn back to the right. It also helps with your concentration and helps you focus, to the left, to the right, you want to get faster, this is a great exercise. Go ahead keep jumping with high knees you do each set of three minutes, you do an active rest you can do some calf races in between, you can do some squats in between. But you want to do an active rest, you want to do something, just don't stand there so you're going to do your jumping jacks, turn to your left, and turn to the right, with your high knees active, rest for 3 minutes, 1 minute active rest, you're going to have a much better body ab everything included."
