"Let's take this time to thank Expert Village for the opportunity to share with you some basic home training exercises. We learned to do some condition with the jump rope, we learned to do so squats, some visual ball exercises, hyper extensions, ab crunches, how to do a couple of over the head presses. We've also learned how to do a box setup for the lower body. Then we're going to finish it off by learning how to use the exercise band. These are just some of the exercises that Expert Village would like for you to incorporate in your home training workout. Stay tuned for more there's plenty more on the way.
