"Hi! My name is Corey Beasley, owner of DNA Fitness. I am going to run you through with what is called a squat press. Basically a squat press is going to strengthen your body from head to toe, phenomenal exercises for total body strength and what you are going to do is you're just going to grab two dumbbells, obviously start light, do not sacrifice form for weight. You are going to hold those dumbbells right at your shoulders here. You are going to have your feet about shoulder width apart. You are going to have your stomach tight, chest up and you are going to sit back on your heels and as you come up you are going to press up over your head, back down. So you squatting and pressing. If you look at it from the side same thing, feet shoulder width apart, chest up, stomach tight, coming straight down, pressing right up. The biggest thing that you want to watch on this is just not going too heavy or too quick. Also you do not sacrifice form so make sure you keep your weight back on your heels. Keep your back straight, keep that stomach tight and just explode up and it will strengthen you from head to toe. "
