" Hi! My name is Corey Beasley, owner of DNA Fitness. We’re going to go through a couple of movements that will hit your entire body. They’re not only going to challenge your muscles, they’re also going to challenge your cardiovascular system; get your heart beating. The first one, a lot of people call squat thrust, burpees. What you’re going to do to start these is you’re going to start similar to regular body weight squat; feet apart, chest up. You’re going to squat all the way down. Once your hands touch the floor, feet come out, come down into a push up, feet back up, jump in towards the ceiling. Altogether, I’ll show you from the side all in one movement. You’re going to start out; squat down, feet out, push up, feet back, and up. It’s going be here and up. Down and up. Second one is called sit through. Basically, what this one starts out as, you’re going to be here, down hands and feet, knees a little bent. What you’re going to do is you’re going to kick your foot straight through where your hand was, and back up. Opposite, backup. As you get going, this is all one continuous movement. This is really going to challenge all your arm muscles, your core, a lot of flexibility, and you’re just going to keep kicking through. Those are two great movements. Really get your heart pumping, work your entire body. Hope you get to those goals quicker."
