"In this clip we're going to talk about Parsvakonasana. Amy again is standing in the center of her mat. She's going to step out with her right foot 2 1/2 feet and then out through her left in the form of 3 to 5 feet, depending on the length of your legs. She's going to turn her right foot up and turn her left foot in so ever so slightly. She's going to press through her outer edges of her left baby toe and then reach forward with the right knee. Bend through the right knee. Good. Inhale, draw the arms out and then there are two variations. The first variation is to bend through the right elbow. Place that right elbow onto your thigh and reach the arm up and over head. And then the other variation is to bring the arm over head. She's going to inhale and come back up. And then place the right hand to the outside for a more advanced variation."
