We are continuing on with our sports massage concentrating on the back and the upper extremities, the arms We are going to demonstrate some stretches for the arms and rotation for the shoulders which are very helpful both with your athletes and with your disc jockeys or people who work at the computer all day long or have upper back problems from driving a lot. We will continue on with our massage. We are going to do some spreading with the thumbs, fist closed around the scapula doing little circles to start with to help warm up the area, making sure your posture is good. Straight back, knees bent and using your legs to lunge. "
