"I absolutely adore vinyasi yoga. I've been practicing this really fun vinyasa for a couple of years now. Putting it together. Making it more and more exciting. And there are seed poses that we can work off of and add more poses which we'll do later. But right now this is the basic super fun vinyasa. Exhaling zero. Inhale one. Exhaling two. Inhaling three. Right leg exhaling four. Warrior one variation inhaling five. Exhaling for part of the tonashuna six. Back knee knee down and we'll lift the arms above the head inhaling seven. Exhaling one legged down dog eight. Wild thing with a straight leg nine. Bending the left knee. Walk over. Back. One legged plank pose. Cobra. Down dog. Right steps forward inhale. Left foot steps exhale. All the way up inhale. Exhale zero."
