"Vinyasa requires that we are really efficient. And there are not a lot of extreniouse movements. This way it becomes a moving meditation. It stays yoga it's not just tricks that we can do with our body. It is very important to me to practice yoga while I am practicing vinyasa yoga. So that is what I want to share with you. The most difficult thing is going from position 3 to position 4 in the regular sun salutation. Difficult challenging lets say that instead. So in position 3. Onica if you will take position 3, fingers on the floor. Inhaling looking up, fingers in line with your toes please. From position 3 we have to get all the way to a push-up in one movement. And that's what I would like to show you today. It's much easier if you understand the physics of it. Physics, did you get a good grade in physics? I did alright, did you do alright in physics?"
